Since we were brand new to the area, we needed help not only with where to look and what to see but also considerations like traffic flow, commute time, and proximity to things of interest. He steered us through the very different practices of the process for offers and the closing, and we don't know how we would have made it through without him. If this limited to us to one word, we would have said PATIENT. He's knowledgeable and thorough and the consummate professional.
