Whereas I hadn't considered all details of the due diligence process and purchasing transaction, Ghada was there to point things out, research key aspects of the transaction and raise awareness so that my interests were protected. Although most brokers would not have gone to this level of detail and instead only focus on completing the purchase, Ghada operated with such thoroughness as if her own investment was at stake.
