Seller reviewGina Roguet was very professional with thought of all parties envolved. At times she seem to be juggling multiple things at one time but never dropped a single one, it was amazing to see. Gina was always reachable anytime we had a question or concern, she was even thoughtful enough to contact us to check on things while she was out of town. Much, much more of an agent then we ever thought we would have. She exceeded every expectation we had. Thank you Gina.

Buyer reviewThe first house my husband and I really liked was listed prematurely; it was later revealed to us that there was a lien on the property. The home was taken off the market and listed for rent. It obviously wasn't meant to be. The second house I liked, (or so I thought) until my sister said that it wasn't very family friendly. She has a 6 year old son and pointed out that there was nowhere for him to throw a ball around or ride his bike. I had really wanted this house to work as we had already prepared to submit an offer. After speaking to my sister, we realized it wasn't the right house. I text Gina and said "we are going to keep looking" she responded with, "The right home will pop up, it always does." The very next day, God lead us to our HOME. Gina showed us the home and my husband and I submitted an offer the same day. The offer was accepted the following day. This home is far greater than anything I could have ever imagined. Better than what I thought was "my dream home." We will always be forever thankful for Gina and the amazing experience we had working with her. God Bless.
