Seller reviewI was very apprehensive re: the sale of our home. Gina Roquet sat with us for a long time and I began to feel better because she was so knowledgeable about our market. She found our buyer and was the realtor for both of us. Things went so smoothly I barely had time to pack and it was over. Buyer reviewMy fiancé and I were so happy with our choice! Gina made it extremely easy for our first time buying a home! She helped us every step of the way and was always there if we had any questions. During the process we wanted to know about the dryer that was in the home and also the broken dishwasher and she was able to negotiate with the seller for them to leave both washer and dryer and they were also willing to give us a $100 credit for the dishwasher, so without her we wouldn't have been able to get those things. These were just some of the things she made easy for us! If it weren't for her always making herself available to us for any questions or just to explain to us everything in the fine print, we would have been so lost! We always heard that the process of buying a home was stressful and hard, but it was so simple and everything went very smooth! Gina exceeded our expectations and was just so genuine with us! We will definitely recommend her to any friends or family who are looking to buy homes! We appreciate everything she did for us!
