My husband and I cannot speak more highly of Gina. We meet her at an open house just days before my due date. While we weren't interested in that house, we found a gem in Gina and asked her to be our buyer's agent. She was easy to communicate with and did an excellent job of finding out what we wanted in house (especially since there were many things we had never considered). We looked at many houses with her, and with each house she helped us figure out what we were interested in and what we weren't. Our texts and calls were always immediately answered and if she did not have an answer to our questions right away, she was quick to find it. Just a few days after we had our baby, we were very motivated to find our perfect home and Gina was incredibly accommodating to our schedule. When we did find a truly perfect home, Gina was able to negotiate the best deal and help us through the home buying process as we were first-time homebuyers. We were able to get so much more home for our price range than we ever thought possible. During the closing process a tragedy struck our immediate family. Gina was there for us to help in any way possible. To us she is more than an amazing real estate agent, she has become a part of our new little family. We are so grateful for the care she has shown us, and how hard she has worked to make our dream a reality. I would not hesitate recommending Gina to anyone and will be sure to refer her to our friends and family.

I travel a lot for work, and it is usually difficult to schedule meetings, but Gina went above and beyond to make the home buying process much easier.

We met Gina at one of her open houses. We didn't have a realtor yet and she was more than happy to help us out. She was very personable and easy to talk to. She was very attentive. By that evening she had emailed us to see what we were interested in and not interested in and by the next morning had already emailed a list of houses. She showed us houses and was always on time. When we finally found the house we wanted she was aggressive in the negotiating and had an offer accepted the same night we put in the offer. All around she was great and I feel like we can call her a friend. I would recommend her to anyone!
