It is a rare privilege to work with someone as competent and talented as Gina Swanson. When we needed to sell our home soon after purchasing due to a new career opportunity, Gina was outstanding. I've worked with Gina before and each experience has had it's unique challenges. This time I was suffering with mental illness in the way of depressions and anxiety. My risk tolenance and panic threshold were both low. I had difficulty coping with the hyper aggressive housing market we faced. Gina prevented me from making poor emotional decisions and made it her personal business to find me a beautiful home and investment. Each day I fall in love with my townhouse and neighborhood more and more. I will aways consider Gina a friend first and realtor second. Thank you Gina!!!!!
