However, we feel that the stress and paperwork and scheduling avoided by hiring a quality realtor was worth the price. We bought the house with Gina and her team's help, and we moved to a new home with their help again. She is patient, thoughtful, understanding, punctual, responsive, and hires people with the same values. More than other realtors, we felt she listened to what we wanted and took our needs seriously.
