Seller reviewTops! Tops! Tops! Gina had a potential buyer for my house before the make-over paint dried! And her client made an offer, at a price over what other realtors were recommending I list! Gina is thoroughly knowledgeable about the market and all neighborhoods in Des Moines, and she listened to my needs with regard to timeline and finances. She and her team kept the transaction moving, day and night. She knew it was important for me to sell and get to closing quickly, as I needed to relocate out of state for a new position. I only wish Gina were in my new city! Highly recommend the Gina Swanson team.

Seller reviewThe last house I flipped had every kind of problem come up. It had a cloudy title, lost abstract and a buyer walked . . She located my abstract , got me a lawn care guy , and an electrician to do the work , found me a new buyer at a higher price and got the garage door fixed the night before closing . . I recommend her to anyone wanting a good negotiator, and an experienced realtor who can walk you through lots of fires and not let you get burned .
