Seller reviewWe met Gina Swanson at an open house she was hosting in Waukee. We were not actively looking for a new home at the time, but she still went out of her way to learn a little bit about us what our timeline looked like. We were very impressed that she took the time to follow up later to offer her services, despite the fact we didn't currently live in one of the immediate suburbs of Des Moines. She had our backs the entire way from listing our old home and closing on our new home in Waukee, and was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an active and engaging realtor that will prioritize your wants and needs from start to finish!

Gina listened to what we wanted and helped us take charge of our search. She found us the home that was perfect for our needs and handled all of the details professionally and in a timely manner. Gina's professionalism really paid off on the sale of our existing home when a major roadblock was discovered on another realtor's sale that affected our closing. When the other realtor failed to perform Gina stepped in and solved the problems that the other realtor couldn't solve and closed our deal. Hats off to Gina!
