Seller reviewGray Wheeler was knowledgeable of the market and worked with us on pricing. We received what we hoped we would. His guidance and negotiations on our behalf were excellent. We had a bidder who was not sincere in his offer for our lot. Gray took care of getting the sales back on track which took a lot of worry and frustration from us as the bidder was removed from serious consideration. Gray handled that situation beautifully.

Gray is very easy to talk with. He was available by phone or in-person whenever traveling to New Bern to get the house prepared for sale and closing. It is very easy to see that Gray is someone who is very proud to be a native of New Bern and a person you will find to be very honorable and trustworthy.

We had a life change and decided to make to move. We focused on three locations Wilmington, Pinehurst area or New Bern. Relocating to the area and knowing one an acquaintance recommended to Contact Gray Wheeler. What a amazing recommendation that was. It felt like Gray never ever left our sides, He was genuinely like a lifelong friend. He never ever was out of contact with us. He spent hours driving with us and never stopped looking and when we found something we were on it rite away. Making a move like this is very stressful especially in this real-estate market .
