During the search he consistently identified what it was we were looking for and refined the recommended properties. He ensured that we set the pace in the home search. He would recommend then let us schedule when to view. It was refreshing to have a facilitator and not a salesman helping us find our new home. When it came time to close the deal on our purchase Gray was absolutely awesome in his dedication to documentation and communication. He made sure that every requested document was delivered and all coordination was handled for appraisal, inspection and re-inspection. I would recommend Gray Wheeler to anyone looking to purchase or list a home.

Seller reviewGray was a pleasure to deal with; a sincere gentleman with what appears to be extensive contacts and local knowledge. Like many sellers, our family had some challenges with the process of preparing the house (the move etc) to put on the market, and Gray was most understanding and accommodating during this time, and while on the market. Consequently, the house sold in the first 8-weeks.
