Buyer reviewAs a first time buyer I was nervous about making a big purchase like this. Gustavo walked me through everything assuring me that he had my best interest to make decisions as if he was buying a property for himself. He communicates Issues and resolutions as soon as he gets a hold of them so there is always transparency between you and him. Overall very satisfied and happy with the process and how it was handled. Would greatly recommend for others to use his services.

Buyer reviewThe thought of purchasing a new home can be quit scary and stressful, but luckily we met Gustavo. Gustavo was such a great agent during the whole process. If there was any confusion he knew exactly how to explain it in detail. I didn't have to ask too many questions because Gustavo explained everything thoroughly and in great details. Gustavo had a positive vibe, a very trusting knowledge of the process. Gustavo also knew how to be patient and help us work through our own fears of purchasing our first home. He is such a respecting person whom I am sure is such an import asset to his team. I will continue to share my great experience to a lot of family and friends !

I witness his professionalism and of course wanted to use him when i had a home to sell. The home Gustavo helped me sell was my mothers home ,who passed away last year. Selling the home was difficult for me but Gustavo made the process as comfortable as possible and i appreciated that very much.
