Buyer reviewThe property just popped up, available at the exact right time. Tried to buy for 5 years, always missing the sale for one reason or another. Was looking at Realtor.com and there it was, just popped up available again and we contacted Gwynn and told her lets get the papers drawn up, right now. Only delay was waiting for a perk test but only took 6-8 weeks to get that done and everything signed and delivered. Probably the fastest, smoothest property sale we have ever gone through. This lady is a real asset to the company and the community. Could not have asked for a nicer lady to work with.
