She makes herself available anytime and you do not feel like you are being rushed when you talk to her. She knows the area and the Market so it was very helpful when advising us. The sale was challenging through no fault of Ms. Jones. There were some repairs needed that we were not aware of, even though we had a Home Inspection done when the property was purchased. Ms. Jones was very patient while we worked through the process of getting the repairs completed, so the property could be placed back on the Market. Everything concerning the listing was transparent to any prospective buyers. Any questions buyers had were passed along in a timely manner and worked through to the satisfaction of the buyer.
