Gwynn Jones tackled some difficult situations that arose for us. The one situation that she was able to discover was the Buyers appraisal for our home. She sensed something was in error. Due to her investigation of this, the Lender stated there was a mistake in their numbers for the appraisal of our home. Due to her ability to hold things professionally accountable, she was able to receive the corrected & important information. This was a feat unto itself & she literally discovered the infraction! Her awareness of the photos of our home & property were amazing! The description & details she wrote up about our home was well done. Very impressive. The way Gwynn Jones takes the time in all of her work in what she does is truly extraordinary. Gwynn loves what she does & she is 100% dedicated. She represents all forms of real estate.
