Buyer reviewHARI WAS AWESOME. ME AND MY WIFE WERE FIRST TIME BUYERS. HE WOULD GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US IN WHATEVER WE NEEDED. WE WERE LOOKING AT HOUSES AND FINISHED THE LAST ONE. HARI HAD A DINNER SCHEDULED A HR LATER. I WAS ON MY PHONE AND SAW A NEW LISTING. I ASKED IF HE COULD CALL AND SEE IF WE COUKD SEE THE HOUSE. HE ENDED UP SCHEDULING FOR THAT NIGHT. POSTPONED HIS DINNER FOR US AND THIS HAPPENED TO BE THE HOUSE WE CLOSED ON. HE NEGOTIATED GOT US A PRICE WITH EQUITY IN THE HOUSE OVER 20K . CORRESPONDED WELL WITH BOTH PARTIES AND HERE WE ARE WE CLOSED ON DEC 13th 2023. REAL TESTIMONY NO PAID OR FAKE. HARI WAS THE REAL DEAL. DONT LET HIS AGE FOOL YOU HE HAS PLENTY KNOWLEDGE AND WILL DO FOR YOU AS HE WOULD DO FOR HIMESELF.
