Seller reviewHeidi Daniels laid out a great pre-listing marketing plan including a full photo and video (including drone) package. She also created a virtual tour of the property which she marketed on her Facebook page. Heidi totally fulfilled her promise to my family! After her first review of the house, she told me that, "once we listed the property, we need to be ready to move." Heidi hit the nail on the head! On day one, we had 9 showings which resulted in 8 offers by Noon on day two! Wow. We could not have asked for a better result! Heidi worked her tail off during a challenging escrow process...she kept us up-to-date through the entire process and helped to successfully close the property sale. We are truly grateful for Heidi!
