Buyer reviewHeidi guided us through our 30 day escrow without a hitch. She is extremely busy, but always had time to return our calls and answer our questions in a timely fashion. Heidi kept us up to date on the progress of our escrow. We never had to worry that something was being overlooked. There were no surprises. Great job, Heidi!

Heidi referred me to Daniel Pherigo at Envoy Mortgage whose service was phenomenal. Using Placer Title Company in Clovis, everyone went above and beyond my expectations and closed my escrow in under 30 days! We moved into our new home 3 days before Christmas, just in time to get the Christmas tree decorated! Merry Christmas!
