What can I say other than give Halle Hartley and Skip Cole 5 stars. They had a plan and it worked to a tee. I had a waterfall pond that had to be kept at a certain level for the gold fish. I wasn't living at the house because we had moved to Tennessee. It was important to us that our little friends were in good hands. That's going the extra mile. Another issue came up on the day of closing, the garage door opener decided not to work and Skip got a technician out the same day and got it fixed for the new owners. It only took 3 days and we had a cash contract on the home. The team of Hartley & Cole will be there for you in all aspects of selling your home. Sandi and I couldn't have been happier. Buyer review

Having known the agent personally meant a lot. I also knew that she has a great knowledge of the area. I can't imagine working with anyone else to sell and/or purchase a home. I don't plan on moving again soon but will certainly recommend and refer her to anyone I know who is moving. Perfect! Her attitude to do whatever it takes to be sure I'm satisfied is commendable. She was also calm and reassuring when I had questions or concerns.

I was absolutely thrilled with my choice in Helle Hartley for the sale of my home. She was informative, knowledgeable, calm under pressure. She worked very hard to get as many people in as possible and helped me make the best decisions as we went along. I can't imagine working with anyone else. There were some trying times during the sale of my home with multiple offers and the need to negotiate. I feel like Helle kept my best interest as a priority but also was able to understand the buyer's concerns and market conditions.
