She took the time to understand my personal situation, limitations and expectations and tailored a marketing and sales strategy specific for our property. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, and sets realistic expectations. Helle works diligently by staging, and holding open houses as well as extensively marketing through her expansive networks. She is kind, considerate and comprehensive and does not require constant micromanaging , rather she uses her excellent judgment in managing showings and offers within our clear expectations thereby sparing us unnecessary and wasted efforts. Helle delivers results and is able to see the forest for the trees- keeping the eye on the price which is a fair sales price and completed sale. I recommend Helle without reservation not only for her expertise and professionalism and equally for her considerate, thoughtful and kind demeanor. A class act and excellent realtor!!
