She was very knowledgeable about the whole process of presenting a house in the best possible light. She staged it with some of my own furniture instead of hiring a staging company. Helle had only three open house days when a buyer signed a contract. In order to complete the sale, she listed and sold the buyer's current house. This was the best possible situation for all involved. I highly recommend Helle Hartley to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. She is an energetic smart agent that will go the extra mile to get it done right.
