Seller reviewWorking with Helle Hartley was the best part about buying and selling my homes. She was my realtor for the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home. We had a very unique situation and needed to sell and close on my current home and close on my new home in 75 days, she got it done in 45. She got my old home under contract in 48 hours and only 4,000 under asking. She helped us through every step of the way and was always kind, knowledgeable, reassuring, and professional. Would work with her again and recommend her to everyone I know.

When I heard that she was embarking on a real estate career, I had no doubt that I would use her when the time came for my fiancé and I to buy our house. My faith in Helle's abilities proved to be spot on as she accommodated all our requests and made herself available around our challenging schedule. When she was out of town, her husband Todd was there assist in her absence with just as much enthusiasm and professionalism as Helle. Once we found the house we decided to purchase, Helle turned her focus toward selling my fiancé's house. She put as much effort into bring about that sale as she did into helping us find our new home. We were truly able to appreciate the advice she gave us as sellers when we purchased our home. Helle didn't stop with securing a contract on my fiance's house; she listed and sold that buyer's house fast enough to move the closing on my fiance's house up by a month.
