Buyer reviewHelle Hartley is a very professional, personable and knowledgeable real estate agent. She listened to and understood our needs and responded timely when we had questions or needed her assistance. We always felt that we were on the same page with regard to our property search. Buying a second home from out of state can be stressful, particularly in the fast-paced St Petersburg real estate market, but Helle made it a positive experience. She worked hard to meet our needs and resolve issues that came up during the purchase. She earned our trust and confidence, and we gained a tremendous appreciation for the value a realtor brings to this process. We're very happy with the house we purchased in Gulfport!

Buyer reviewOnly issue was with the escrow company, that after asking them over the phone to have the insurance paid through escrow, they closed escrow and told me they were going to send me a refund of the insurance money. When I even have recordings of that. I asked Helle Hartley to interfere, she called and got them to pay the insurance as I had asked. I am very grateful for that, she is an excellent agent. By all means, very dedicated and honest. Helle was never too busy to answer any question, as unrelated to the purchase it was. We thank her for her hard work, because of her, we have completed very successful purchases. Thank you Helle.

Buyer reviewWe met Helle Hartley as we were driving by, we saw the real estate office and decided to go in. It was late, so they had already closed the office, Helle turned right back around, opened everything back up, invited us in, and answered all questions. She was very patient and knowledgeable with all we asked. Helle helped this purchase like no other would. She was able to negotiate in an outstanding, clear and professional manner. Anything that was not clear or unknown in a listing, she figured it out for us within no time. Overall, Helle is a very dedicated, honest, polite, and respectful agent. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asked for such an opinion.

Buyer reviewI feel Helle Hartley looks at everyone as an individual person, and not just a client, customer or number. I was in the area in April and June of 2015, looking for property. Helle spent the better part of the 5 days I was there in June looking for properties. Unfortunately the two I liked the best went under contract right before we were going to make an offer. The Agent I had contact with in April spent about 3 hours with me in June and found a property that met my needs. I told Helle this and she understood. As we all know, Timing is everything. When I told Helle, I was still looking, I feel she still gave 100% in helping me find what I was looking for. I felt more comfortable with Helle than the other agent. I never even contacted them to inform them that I was looking. Based on her word on the condition, I was ready to buy the first property, 620 Rosery, sight unseen. 1128 Beverly and 616 Rosery I saw when I was there in November. I have dealt with at least 10 different RE Agents in my area and only one came close to giving the same level of service. Needless to say or write, all of the above and then some is why I would recommend Helle Hartley to anyone.
