Not only is she an experienced realtor, but as a resident of the same village, she brought a unique and deep understanding of the area, which made the entire process feel seamless. Holly's knowledge of the local market and her connections gave me confidence from the start. What really stood out, though, was her ability to simplify the otherwise complex process of closing. There are so many moving parts to a real estate transaction, but Holly kept everything clear and organized, providing step-by-step guidance and making sure I never felt overwhelmed. Holly knew when to compromise and when to not. Keeping me on track and emotionally strong. Her knowledge of the process and rules were strong. Holly, as well, found and went far out her way to attain two great rental propertys twice in Laguna Woods for me. Making sure that I was selected for the rental homes. Holly Downs fights hard for her clients. I saw how hard she works for every client and yes Holly always answered my calls right away. I knew I could always reach her, which is so important during home buying. I will finish with saying Holly is one of the most overall good hearted individuals Ive ever met. Seller reviewI cannot recommend Holly Downs strongly enough. When we moved my mother into assisted living, my family and I were lost as to how to take on selling her house. Holly stepped in promptly steered a course for us. From day one, Holly provided highly knowledgeable advice on what degree to improve our property, quickly prepared a spreadsheet of comps, and even took the lead on a number of home repairs we were too busy to coordinate. She is a genuine godsend and has earned our wholehearted stamp of approval. I honestly can't say enough good things about her services: responsive, transparent, experienced, connected, friendly--the list goes on and on.
