Holly, as well, found and went far out her way to attain two great rental propertys twice in Laguna Woods for me. Making sure that I was selected for the rental homes. Holly stepped in promptly steered a course for us. From day one, Holly provided highly knowledgeable advice on what degree to improve our property, quickly prepared a spreadsheet of comps, and even took the lead on a number of home repairs we were too busy to coordinate. She is a genuine godsend and has earned our wholehearted stamp of approval. I honestly can't say enough good things about her services: responsive, transparent, experienced, connected, friendly--the list goes on and on.
