We met Holly at an open house in 2019 and we were blown away by her knowledge and eye for detail. She worked with us at trying to find a home just as Covid hit and we didn't even consider using anyone else when we were ready to try again. We cannot put into words how amazing Holly has been in helping us buy our first home. She has answered every question with simplicity but complete thoroughness which left us feeling confident in the decisions we made. Within moments of our offer being accepted she had an army of inspectors and contractors scheduled to make sure we had abundant time to discuss options even with such a tight window. She's simply the best agent we could have hoped for and without a doubt if it wasn't for her we would not have been able to buy a home for our young family in this competitive market. Holly was always positively interactive when we had to deal with a difficult prospective buyer. When some damage occurred to the property, due to a neighbor's negligence, Holly assisted us in getting things repaired so that the property could be relisted. It should be noted that we are not in the state where this sale transaction was completed; this added to an already complicated situation. Holly was very diligent and stepped up when we could not be onsite. Holly, Cia & Felicia were highly efficient and competent in getting this sale closed within the time frame. When we had questions they were always willing to take the time to explain whatever we didn't understand. Holly was extremely helpful, communicative, competent, very professional while also being friendly and accommodating of our particular situation. I highly recommend Holly and if ever I needed to sell, or buy, a property I would have her as my realtor in the future.

Holly was just the best realtor anyone can ask for , especially as first time homebuyers, my husband and I immediately were drawn to her quick responsiveness and clear communications, which helped us get into house viewings quickly, and also in placing our offer in for our new home! Immediately after our initial call, I received emails and texts from her (there was an email glitch on my end initially, but we got it resolved quickly thanks to her communication skills!)
