Holly was listed as an agent of a property I was interested in. I hold a real estate license since 2003, but rarely use it, mostly for referrals. Since my license is no longer hung with a broker I considered self-representing in this transaction or hanging it with one of my broker friends. Given my great conversation with Holly on our initial call and her willingness to do a Facetime walkthrough with me, since I was out of town, I felt she could represent both myself and the sellers in a dual agency role. This transaction was a chaotic problem from the start, not due to the fault of the buyer, seller or agent, but the lender. It was a government loan and Holly Williams-Meyer, myself and the sellers were made to jump through many unnecessary hoops in order to appease the lender and make sure this property closed and closed timely. Holly had to stay on top of the lender's rep several times a week for the close to 60 days the lender had us waiting, even though the buyers and sellers could both close within 30 days. Holly took a chaotic, challenging situation and approached it with a smile, patience and tenacity. She did not let the lender bully her, or those she represented (seller/buyer) and knew when to be firm and when to kill them with kindness. It's a fine, frustrating line to walk and she managed it beautifully.

Holly has been our real estate agent during a pandemic times. She managed with all safety procedures in place given we are 60+ at home and ensured potential buyers were following protocol to highest standards. She understands her client and ensures client is comfortable to all suggestions she brings to table. She provides good advise. She makes the process very enjoyable.
