Seller reviewCentury 21 new Millennium team "Chris Thomas and IQ Slusher" was professional, engaged and aggressive in selling own home (about 2 months). They took time to answer our question and at times went above and beyond ensuring we understood Reality rules and regulations. So much has changed since our last home sale 25 plus years ago. The team was easy to communicate with and always answered our calls or quickly returned our call. It became obvious they were well versed in marketing planning and had local Knowledge of the market value. It's team work that Chris and IQ demonstrated is why it's no wonder why CENTURY 21 has the area sales record. Buyer reviewI originally dealt with IQ as he was working for seller at a previous home. IQ knew my situation and went above and beyond to find my family and I a home.. IQ contacted me to tell me I didn't get the home but there was another home coming on the market; would I be interested? IQ scheduled me for a tour and became my agent as a buyer... needless to say, I went from being partial homeless to a home owner in 1 day. The service IQ provided was phenomenal, he is so sweet and understanding... I would forever recommend him and his team
