Jack is a pro. A young, sharp, hungry guy who is a superb realtor. He's very knowledgeable about the St Pete market, a savvy bulldog in negotiations, cool to hang out with (one showing in his awesome Tesla made my day!) and perhaps most importantly - is an excellent manager of expectations. He's easy to reach by text which may not seem important but at every step of the way on the transaction, he was easy to reach and get every question or concern addressed. He took a quick trip out of town for 3 days and had a colleague available within 12 hours to show me the houses I wanted to see. These are rare qualities in a real estate agent and he has them all. I had a few questions about a foreclosure property and making a cash offer that he got answered with a quick call to a team member. Clearly a strong office atmosphere of partnership to take care of the clients. He is getting my referral for every single person I meet in Florida with a real estate need. Enough said.

Jack was great. He was responsive, always willing to go the extra mile, patient, and professional. All the things you want in an agent. I would 100% use Jack again and I would refer anyone to him. I trust him with my business.

Jack Cleary went above and beyond in every way to get a very difficult closing across the line. He was responsive at all days and all hours to get anything done, even organising a mobile closer to meet me in an airport in transit! Literally could not have been better and made it feel as if I was his only client, yet I knew he had other closings going on. I'm 100% sure to use Jack as a buyer's or seller's agent in the future.

Forget everything you've heard about real estate agents. Jack is the BIZ-NASS! Boasting impeccable communication skills and a pleasant, easy-going demeanor, Jack was fantastic all around. Day or night, he was always available to answer my questions or help me nail down an offer. Not only that, he was willing to go look at as many places as I wanted, as soon as he (or the property) was possibly able. He was perpetually successful in setting up multiple same day showings, at whatever times I wanted. He was consistently on time or early & waiting. He worked his ass off for me for 4 months and as a first-time home buyer, made the process as simple and comfortable as possible throughout. He was also a lot of fun, and went above & beyond! For example when my fridge wasn't gonna be ready at move in, he offered to let me borrow his mini-fridge! He was everything I never knew I needed, and I'm very lucky to have found Jack. You couldn't ask for a better agent, and I can see he is well on his way to becoming a legend in the Real Estate Industry.

I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime and have dealt with many real estate agents. Jack hit all points of a great agent to work with and I most certainly do so again and reccomend his services.
