When my lender fell through - 4 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING, he helped negotiate an additional 2weeks extra so that I could get another one! Even though the Sellers were skpetical of my intention, he MASTERFULLY convinced them and got them on the same page and we close in less than the 2weeks! SUPER professional, responsive and trustworthy. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jack! THANK YOU Jack! I look FWD to doing business with you in the future! :)

This deal was complicated-layers of issues that could've easily delayed or even killed it-but Jack navigated every twist and turn like a pro and got it closed in under a month. That's not something you see every day. What really stood out was how available he was. Anytime I had a question or a concern, he was on it immediately. He's a great negotiator, knows how to handle people, and keeps things moving without ever making it feel stressful. On top of that, he's just a good guy-professional, easy to work with, and always calm under pressure. If you need a realtor in St. Petersburg who knows how to get things done (especially when it's not a straightforward deal), Jack's your guy. Highly recommend!

He did so willingly and without his help, my house might still be on the market. He was a pleasure to work with, listening to my requests to hold open houses, discuss pricing, and keep me calm when the ceiling was falling (literally!!).
