Jim Grope is a full-time REALTOR who has over 20 years of first-rate customer service experience, and an extensive working knowledge of home construction, remodeling and sales. He hopes to use those abilities to help educate and guide clients to make successful, well-informed real estate decisions. As a life-long resident of the Mahoning Valley, Jim was born and raised in Canfield,and graduated from Canfield High School. He has had the opportunity to live in different parts of the area while raising four kids. Jim has lived in Canfield, Boardman, New Middletown, Austintown, and now Poland. During the tour he was very detailed in showing us all aspects of the property and answering all our questions. Jim Grope has always been terrific to work with. This is our second time working with him. Last time he sold a house in Ohio when we lived in Colorado. This time he helped us buy a new house while we were vacationing in Mexico. He is the best!

Jim was amazing at coming right out, spent time with me, explaining the process and options of how he could help me sell the house at the pace I wanted. He also followed through with meeting us for a second walk through, listing requirements and price range for the home. The house sold in just about 4 weeks, was so unexpected, we were not pressured and felt Jim took care of us! Great guy! Honest, dependable, trustworthy!
