Since we started off house hunting remotely (lived in Washington State), he did 99% of the footwork needed to chase down potential houses for us to consider. When we arrived in Virginia to see the houses in person, he spent many hours of his personal time showing us around and helped us find our dream house. Since we had to return to WA state, he continued the footwork and helped us through the entire house purchasing process. We closed on our house in mid-April, Jim is still helping us out with the house until we are able to move in later this month.
