He made suggestions as to what needed to be done and helped us choose a good asking price. When we had to move from Virginia, we knew we were in good hands. He kept us updated on the activities with the house. Even though the market was a little slow, the house did sell. The lady who purchased it was very pleased that there was little to be done to it and she could move right in. We surely will recommend Mr. Martin to any friends who are planning to sell or buy in the Lynchburg, VA area.

If the property is not consistent with your needs he is not afraid to point out the discrepancies. He saved us from ourselves more than once when we saw a property that cosmetically appealed to us. The result was, we found a property consistent with our needs that we love and plan to enjoy for years to come.
