He was very hands on with every step of the purchase and kept us informed on where we were with the offer, counter-offer, home inspection, appraisal , concessions, etc. We spoke every day and he answered every question we had regarding the purchase even answering the small stuff. Jim would always let me know when I could expect an email for miscellaneous documents to sign, and they always arrived shortly after he gave me the heads up.
