Seller reviewJim Perrine is a terrific agent. My house was on the market for one weekend when Jim said we had a really good offer and would not need to do any more showings. Escrow closed without a hitch and well above asking price. While my house was going thru escrow, Jim was driving me around looking for my next house. I soon found "The One" and once again escrow was smooth going, mostly due to Jim being so on top of the process. Another plus for Jim, He has been a Real Estate Agent for so long in this area that no matter what project you need done, Jim can put you in contact with someone that can do your project for you. Jim is an all-around A plus Agent.
