I was going through the home buying process remotely, which required Zoom tours and coordination with my parents who were viewing the properties on my behalf. Jamie was always able to accommodate our schedules and show us multiple properties. I can't imagine this was an easy process for him. He was patient, calm, friendly, knowledgable, and even laughed at my Dad's jokes. I'm very grateful that he was my realtor on my first home purchase.

Jamie Grace (Century 21 Northland) was referred to us by our realtor in California - they are both members of a professional development group. We could not have been more happy with Jamie as our Traverse City realtor. He knows the area very well, and was very good at understanding our needs and searching/showing properties that are a fit. His communication and technical skills (contracts, etc) were also excellent. One very impressive thing about Jamie was not just relying on internet search engines (Zillo, Realtor.com, etc) to find inventory. He leveraged his local network to find unlisted or de-listed homes and reached out to them on our behalf. Another great thing about Jamie was the follow-thru after the sale- he stays engaged and helpful after close. We highly recommend Jamie and would use him again!

It's always difficult for brokers to deal with more then one owner per say in these type of sales, but his compassion and patience was a welcome relief for my sisters and myself!
