Jamie was phenomenal to work with. He is laid back but will shoot you straight, a wonderful real estate combination. He was ultimately very professional, but still down to earth and made the experience as fun as it can be. We would recommend him to anyone looking in Traverse City.

Jamie worked so hard for us.... he responded to emails and texts, sometimes within minutes. We feel bad he didn't get a big commission from us but we have passed his name around.

We were not familiar with the area that we purchased in, and were really impressed by how much research Jamie did on our behalf with regard the specific development and the general area. Jamie Grace was wonderful to work with. He walked me through step by step by referring me to the loan officer to get prequalified so I knew what my price range was, gave me suggestions on what would be a fair offer and had knowledge of the market. He was helpful and understanding when it came time for negations and was always in contact with me for any updates. I would refer him to all my friends and family!

We have worked with Jamie on 3 separate occasions now. First to buy our starter home, which was no small feat as we were out of state for the entire process. Jamie somehow kept in close contact with us (battling a 6 hour time difference to do so), was superbly patient as our parents saw homes with him and reported back to us to make our decisions, and was so knowledgeable and wonderfully friendly that at the end of it all not only did we have a great home, but a real estate agent who felt like family and that we knew we'd work with for the foreseeable future. The second time we worked with Jamie he helped us sell our starter home and move into a new and upgraded home. Jamie went above and beyond in his care for and attention to details when we we're getting g our home ready for sale. His expertise in what the market was looking for allowed us to put the work in that would get the most return. His diligence and constant communication made for a quick, painless and prosperous sell. In terms of our purchase, he juggled the entire process during the sell of our old home with grace and calm that helped us keep our heads in a time of great change. The purchase was seamless and we could not be happier with our home. The third time we worked with Jamie was to purchase a rental property. When we let Jamie know what we were interested in, he started sending us properties that matched those wants. When we found a property that interested us, he put his full focus and energy into getting us acquainted with and into the property once we decided that's what we wanted. He was always available for questions/concerns, better than punctual with his communications and refreshingly honest through it all. We will always work with Jamie and refer him to anyone who needs a realtor. He is the best realtor ever, so much so, we now consider him family.
