Buyer reviewI called about the availability of a home I liked listed on HAR, and Jana was the agent for the home. The home was already sold, but she was eager to help my husband and I find a home that fit our needs. My husband and I were moving from an area south of the Houston area, so we had quite a drive to view houses in the Bryan/College Station area. Jana Grieve was very warm, friendly, and professional from the very beginning. She made our home buying process very painless by lining up houses for us to see which fit our needs, so that we could view them all and get back home the same day. I don't think it could've been any easier, as we always knew what the plans were by phone or text. She was very accommodating to our schedule. Jana Grieve was very knowledgeable about the homes in the area, and was very active in letting us know about homes that would fit our description of what we were looking for. She made the home buying process as easy as possible, so even though things have changed in the last 15 years since we bought our last home, we were able to get through the process without a problem. Jana Grieve made our home buying experience better than expected. She was very easy to work with, and listened to all of our wants and needs to find a home we loved. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a new home.
