She is always on top of things, honest, open, and always available. Jana is very knowledgeable and quickly found the answers to any questions that she could not answer. She came to both of the inspections for my new home and scrutinized it as if she were buying it and caught many things that I did not see or even think about.

Seller reviewWhen I first spoke with Jana I felt immediately comfortable and confident that she would make this a pleasant experience. Jana communicates clearly and at just the right times. I always felt "in the loop." Jana was so responsive at all times. I could send an email or text and would hear from her soon no matter the day or time. Jana went above and beyond in every way. She was down on her hands and knees cleaning my baseboards. She arranged for her husband to do repairs and pressure clean my porch and driveway. She found people to help get everything taken care of with little attention from me and much attention from her. She advocated for me so strongly to the sellers that I feel I would have had no chance to purchase this beautiful home without her commitment and determination.

She helped us with arranging to have several rooms repainted plus she scheduled to have new carpet installed. She has many local contacts in the construction trade which was very helpful in making the necessary repairs. Jana provided excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home.
