January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

I serve as Chair of the Membership Committee for the Crossroads Association, where I help foster connection, growth, and professional development within the REALTOR® community.
Beyond real estate, I am passionate about giving back. I served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Bartholomew County United Way, and I remain deeply engaged in community service through the Sunrise Rotary Club of Columbus, where I chair the Make A Difference Committee. Buyer reviewJane is a home closing machine! Every time I spoke with her I was amazed at her knowledge of the processes, individuals working with us, and quickest way to get results. She was constantly on the phone with the third parties making sure they were doing their jobs to get me my home. While I rarely feel that people in this type of situation earn their commissions, my loan originator especially, I truly feel like Jane earned every bit she got due to her work ethic and attitude towards the situation. Even when things were not working out she was sure to alleviate any concerns with the seller and immediately pulled blame away from me, she certainly had my best interests in mind. I met Jane on one occasion looking at a home she had listed and from then on she had me receiving home listings that met my criteria until I found the one! She was the only realtor that did this for me so I was more than happy to use her where I could. Once I went out to look at a couple homes with her I realized she had "The Force" when dealing with all the situations that came up. She is my Yoda and I hope to work with her in the future should I ever need to sell my home or buy a new one. Even now, after the sale has closed, Jane has reached out to me to make sure everything is going well and I don't have any additional needs.

Seller reviewThe sale of our home and the purchase of the new home did not go smoothly at all due to appraiser issues. This was not Jane's fault in the slightest, but she handled every road bump professionally and with great ease. She really knows what she's doing!
