January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Buyer reviewWe found ourselves back in the market for a house in Columbus. There was never a question regarding who we would call. While our timing had some starts and stops, Jane Kennedy was there for us every step of the way. When we had a weekend to walk houses, she setup a schedule to visit every one. She provided recommendations on properties and knew us well enough to suggest when we might not be interested in a property that we found. She was right (we did go visit some).
