January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Buyer reviewShe was the only one who was in the office and greeted us when we dropped by the office in late afternoon. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable to start considering to buy a house even on our first meeting. I didn't even need to think about looking further on other brokers and I am very happy that Jane was who greeted us that day. Jane is very knowledge of the town and neighborhood. She always share cons and pros of each houses with transparency and points out details that buyers may not know of or only locals may be aware of. She certainly went beyond to help me understand the home buying process, mortgage process, tax details etc.. as the first home owner from different town/country. Jane always welcomed my questions (even if they were tedious) and shared the response in a very timely manner. Jane is the one I would recommend to my friends. Her service didn't just end in house showing but entire house buying process. She helped me understand what it takes to own a house to start with, showed me different options of house (even for 3 years! persistently), shared the list of home inspectors, contractors, mortgage companies, insurance companies that made my house buying process smooth with minimum stress, and shared her depth of knowledge that help me make decisions . I feel confident that she will be an excellent broker for both seller and buyer even based on my experience as a buyer only.
