January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Buyer reviewJane Kennedy was a great help from start to finish in the home buying process. Jane also made several suggestions which saved us time and money in the process. In the final days before closing, we were travelling out of the country so Jane worked with the Title Company and the Bank to come up with alternate and mobile closing processes. She also suggested Power of Attorney process as a failsafe in case we had problems with the mobile closing and title company in Dallas, Texas. We were able to close on time and complete the process using electronic signatures and e-mail scans even though we were not physically present. Jane Kennedy organized all of this process and we were very thankful for her help and expertise.
