January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Buyer reviewJane is great to work with. She is not at all pushy. On the contrary, she is very polite and friendly. She understands your needs and truly listens to what you are saying. She makes you feel like her only customer by answering your emails/texts promptly. She has great knowledge of the local housing market and other related aspects of home buying like warranty, insurance, inspection, etc. She will guide you through the home buying process and make it feel very easy. When you start to slack, she will bring you right back on track too. I would definitely refer her to my friends and work with her again in the future.

Seller reviewJane Kennedy went above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of selling my elderly parents' property. She had a way of sensing the stress I was under and was right there picking up the pieces for me wherever needed, making phone calls, getting repair estimates, scheduling appointments that all should have been my responsibility. She also did almost all of the communication with the homeowners' association that, again, should have been my job but I was too busy trying to pack up a house almost by myself (I live out of town). Because I live out of town, she gave me local referrals for just about everything I could possibly need, even if she had to do the research herself. Jane is no ordinary agent! And it always cheered me up and brightened my day to see Jane!
