Buyer reviewJanell Dunham went above and beyond to keep up in the loop while being the middle-man between myself and my wife (the buyers) and the sellers. This was our very first home that we have ever purchased so we had MANY questions about the contracts and the sequence on how things worked with purchasing a house, and she explained these things to us in the best ways for us to understand. She made it very comfortable for us where we felt like we could contact her with whatever we needed at anytime. We never anticipated that we would actually end up becoming real friends with our realtor but Janell is the sweetest and her and my wife clicked very well! She even helped us find a daycare for our son that was right down the road from our new house!
