There isn't a single thing that I could say about Janell Dunham that I would change. She really helped us during a difficult time in the housing market in finding a home. She took into account our needs and concerns every step of the way. She was almost always available to us as a resource for questions on just about anything and if she didn't have an answer, she always worked to help us find the answer. We cannot thank Janell Dunham enough for everything she has helped us through to this new chapter in our lives. Janell Dunham sold our house in just 7 weeks. There was never a day when I wasn't able to contact her. Janell always responded to my communications in a timely manner. Janell made sure the lights were turned off after each evening showing, she unlocked doors for workers when I was 2 hours away and not able to drive to Perrinton. She took care of our house like it was her own.
