Any request we had she made sure to deliver and provided a warm genuine care to my family needs. She provided honest feedback and shared her wealth of knowledge of real estate. She was really another extension of our family through out the entire process. She was available and present when we looked all the homes, this really helped us to narrow down in what we wanted and didn't want. She is a rock star and we love her and girls adore her. Seller reviewJanella, handled the Sale of the house next door to me prior, the Seller was impressed and I was impressed with how she handled the Sale and what she was able to sell the house for. I met her during that transaction which was prior to deciding to sale my Property on the other side. She has a outgoing personality and sense of humour. I like that in a person. She was a pleasure to work with in all aspects of the game. I asked a question or for Clarification she was on it and I was satisfied with the answers. The Sale was painless and quick. I will be using her again in three years when I sell my Primary house. When asked in my Survey "what could Janella improve on?" the answer that came to mind was "where did that come from? You don't mess with Perfection"!!!
