Wow, Janella Anguiano is one of the best people I have ever met. First as a human, second as a real estate agent who cares 100% about the client (ME) she puts herself second and is on the phone with you 24/7. Her smile and warm approach to always be there for you 100%. She knows the market of real estate, she knows what you need to do to sell your home, she knows everything about what looks good and what does not. Janella is patient and so kind...I honestly was blessed to have her as an agent and will go no where else and my choice to refer her my friends and family will go nowhere else either.

Wonderful experience working with Janella Anguiano. She is there for you every step and really experienced. This is an aggressive market and I was really short on time but Janella stepped up to the plate. She got our offer accepted amongst 20 offers and 2 weeks later we are in our new home.
