Because of unforeseen circumstances, Janey had to come up with some creative solutions in order for us to close escrow. We always felt she protected our best interests in all of the proceedings that occurred in the final week of closing, and that was tremendous for us. Janey was always prompt in responding to our questions through email and text. We never felt disconnected and always felt confident that we were on top of things every step of the way. Overall, we couldn't imagine a better experience than the one we had with Janey. She was very attentive to all our needs and questions, and we always felt confident throughout the whole process.
