Janey was always responsive to our concerns and gave us the peace of mind that our sale was in good hands. When the buyer requested that a few repairs be done, Janey took care of arranging for them to be done in a timely manner. She is low key, yet honest and forthright when it is necessary. I never felt pressure to do anything. She will get you the information you need and then let you decide what you want to do. She has a great deal of knowledge about Redlands real estate. I really trust her judgement and opinions. I definitely would recommend Janey to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable realtor. We plan to use her again to sell our other house.
