Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the area. I have been a top producing agent in Coeur d'Alene for over 16 years and have had the opportunity to meet many of the area's top business professionals and develop a proven system for both buyers and sellers. I am a Certified Residential Specialist and stay involved with our industry's leadership as the past president of the CDA MLS board of directors, and as the current treasurer and incoming President Elect for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors board of directors. Buyer reviewJared viewed the home, that we later purchased. He reported how most of our boxes were checked on this one. We agreed and made an offer, sight unseen. When the offer was accepted we drove into the area and was able to view the home. Jared was absolutely correct. Many of our boxes were checked and we were happy that our offer was accepted. We really appreciated the extra work Jared did for us in finding our new home.
